SORRY ABOUT THE IMAGE NOT REPRESENTING THE USFS ENFORCEMENT TEAM. THIS IMAGE CAME UP IN GOOGLE WHILE SEARCHING FOR TRAIL CLOSURES TO VISUALIZE AN ENCOUNTER WITH USFS ENFORCEMENT AND GETTING A $50 TICKET. -ed
The ‘Coyote Trail’ over at the Syncline Area is now forever ‘CLOSED!’. An official press release from Stan Hiastu at USFS is being created as I type this. Its a $50 dollar ticket now and USFS has to decommission all trails leading onto PRIVATE PROPERTY!
Now for the GOOD NEWS! ‘Seven Streams is free of debris- but many blockages are making it not fun for biking. Hiking and Running- PERFECT!
Also- The #140 Shuttle Drop off is clear of snow and a crew of folks have ridden it down to Three Blind Mice and 2Chairs………good news for the gravity crowd. Careful on the roads leading out!
Safe Biking Out There Folks- Ride Aware And Be Aware!

Why did you post a pic of a Park Ranger? Coyote Wall is Forest Service land.
Because when I searched google for an image of trail closure- this one popped up first. It still sends a visual message on the subject, anyone in violation the new rule will get a ticket from USFS. I prefer an image with posts- I will do my best to make sure future posts will have the proper image associated with the subject and news I’m relaying. Cheers.
